Episode 6 of the Hunger Games Fireside Chat podcast aired live Monday, May 9, 2011! This week, our panel of experts included some of our fabulous friends from The Hob and Down with the Capitol, as well as Natalie Zutter, Associate Editor at Crushable, and Ariel Birdoff, children’s publishing expert and lead singer of Madam Pince and the Librarians. She also has a new blog!

What can you expect? Well, in addition to a detailed analysis of Wes Bentley’s attractiveness by our female participants, here’s what we had on tap:

– A debate on whether or not a Hunger Games video game should be made
– A chat about the possibility of a Hunger Games prequel
– At 10:40pm, fan artist Kate Wheeler joined us to talk about her gorgeous work.
– We also revisited our postponed discussion on the genre of The Hunger Games, and how that might affect the film’s ability to garner recognition at festivals and awards shows.

As always, we discussed the latest movie news and answered some of your questions!

Talk about it on Twitter, using our hashtag #HGFiresideChat.
