3/22/13: Cool Stuff We Found This Week Friday 22 March, 2013

By now you’ve probably heard that Rebel Wilson allegedly had a meeting about a role in Mockingjay. When asked for more details, all Rebel would say is that the meeting was about “one of the people in the Capitol.” Over the last few days, fans have been trying to guess which role Rebel might possibly be up for. Fulvia Cardew — Plutarch Heavensbee’s assistant — is the name we’ve seen tossed out the most, but some fans have been wondering if Rebel might also make a convincing Tigris…

In light of all this speculation, we thought it would be fun to use this week’s CSWFTW post to showcase some fan art featuring Fulvia, Tigris, and some other Capitol citizens that don’t always get a lot of love or attention. Let us know what you think of the art in the comments below!

Mockingjay: That One Scene
By: julvett
We love julvett’s depiction of Fulvia Cardew in this little illustration of “that one scene” in Mockingjay!

Tigris
By: muggleriot
From the artist: “Tigris, the Capitol lady that helps Katniss, and the rest of Squad 451, hide from the peacekeepers and President Snow himself in Mockingjay. I just LOVE her. I absolutely do. She is one of my favorite support characters, maybe because of her selflessness.”

Prep Team
By: LaurasMuse
Here’s hoping the prep team gets a bit more attention in the next three films! From the artist: “The description of Octavia with mice lights in her hair was from Mockingjay.”

Cressida: The Director
By: IsaiahStephens
Although her role isn’t very big, Cressida is such an interesting character! We hope she makes it into one/both of the Mockingjay films.
